Spacious and clean rooms with hot water and great views. the rooftop is lovely with a relaxing atmosphere and a great view of the town. the food is prepared fresh daily, which gives an authentic taste at an affordable price. the location is perfect for exploring the town, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. the attentive and friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable.
The lack of chairs on the balcony is a downside, especially when admiring the sunset views. Power cuts and noisy generators are inevitable in the area, which impacted on the overall comfort level.

We recommend this hotel. Free parking onsite was provided. Wi Fi was a great addition. The rooms met all requests...

We had a fantastic time at this place, especially with the pool which was amazing, and the view from the window was really enjoyable; moreover, the location was perfect as it was near all the activities we had planned.

The location of this hotel is convenient, with easy access to the main bazaar and other attractions in the area which is to be accepted. the garden area is a nice spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the spacious rooms offer a separate sitting area and big windows overlooking the garden, providing a pleasant view. Some guests mentioned that the staff was generally helpful and friendly, trying their best to rectify any issues.
Although the staff was generally helpful, there were reports of some staff members behaving unprofessionally and mistreating guests.

Location.
The room was really dusty. No top sheet on the bed, only 1 towel for 2 people. When you ask for more, you get them without any problem but you need to ask for.

Well.. Nothing.
The staff smoked marijuana all the time, we had spiderwebs in the room, the bedsheets had stains of old blood on it and one of the beds had a nail that hurt my fathers back and for breakfast we got burned pancakes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view to the mountains was breathtaking and added to the overall beauty of the place. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The bathroom was also large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the garden area, it was so peaceful and serene. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main bazaar and transportation options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
Nothing not to love.

Nice view to the mountains, large rooms, large bathroom.
The restaurant was open only on demand, so our order would have taken an hour to prepare. The music from the Camel Festival was quite loud, making difficult the sleep. The blankets and towels provided were really dirty and disgusting. There was a TV in the room, but very small, and had only green, black and white colors. They wanted to charge us 3% extra just because we wanted to pay with bank card, although nothing like this is mentioned on their page. When we argued on that they said we need to pay 10% service charge. They falsely stated that our friends also paid this 10%, but our friends said it was a lie, they did not pay anything extra. No breakfast included. Way too overcharged comparing to their services and quality.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with nice views of the surrounding area. We also appreciated the good location of the hotel, as it was close to the center of town. One more positive aspect was the friendly staff, who tried their best to assist us with any issues we had during our stay.
There were several negative aspects of our experience at this hotel. the food was not good and the service was very poor.
